How Meezan Property works

Dealer verification

1. 1 A dealer registers with their name, phone, agency and operating areas.
2. 2 Their account starts as “Verification pending”. They can prepare listings straight away.
3. 3 Our team reviews the agency details. Approved dealers receive the verified badge; others are told why.
4. 4 Verification can be suspended if a dealer breaks our listing rules.

Listing review

1. 1 Dealers save a listing as a draft, then submit it for review.
2. 2 We check price, size, location, description and photos.
3. 3 Approved listings are published for 90 days; rejected listings come back with a reason.
4. 4 Edits to a published listing are reviewed again before they go live.

AI matching

1. 1 You describe what you need, in English or Roman Urdu.
2. 2 We search only published listings, and treat property type, city and budget as must-haves.
3. 3 Options are ranked by area, budget fit, size, bedrooms and dealer verification.
4. 4 Each result explains what it meets — and what it misses.

Leads and your privacy

1. 1 An inquiry on a listing goes only to that listing’s dealer.
2. 2 A saved requirement stays private unless you tick “share with dealers”.
3. 3 If you do, up to three verified dealers active in your chosen areas receive it.
4. 4 Every assignment is logged and can be reviewed by our team.
